Frequently Asked Questions
Typically, I book design projects 1 - 2 weeks in advance; this is important to consider if your deadline is urgent or inflexible. This timeframe may vary up to 4 weeks, depending on my availability for new clients and projects.
Packages are priced at a fixed rate, based on a 30-hour work week. Individual marketing projects are priced per hour with no hourly minimums, regardless of the scale of your project.
Please note that package rates are calculated to provide cost savings compared to charging an hourly rate, so it may be better to book a specific package if you're planning on one or more large projects.
Unfortunately, I do not offer a la carte logo design services. To me, continuity is integral when creating a new branding suite from scratch. There's nothing wrong with needing individual design assets for your business or event, but I recommend collaborating with the same designer for logo and branding materials to ensure that all design elements meet the same approach, standard, style, and tone of your brand.
When you book a package or service, you'll pay 15% deposit based on the estimated cost for your services once you sign your design contract. The deposit will be deducted from the final of your services, which will be reflected on your invoice. Payments can be made via online payments accessible through your invoice.
If you plan to pay in installments for the due balance of services, please reach out to confirm this plan so that it can be included in your design contract.
We've made it to the end of the process, hooray! Now that you've confirmed all of the design decisions, you'll receive your invoice for the due balance of your services. Once payment has been received, I will send an email with your packaged design assets and you can get started on the next steps of your journey.
If you run into issues with any of the delivered files, you can reach out to me to request a replacement of the file at no additional cost.
