K. Nalah Designs is a limited liability company (LLC) based in Oregon that offers freelance graphic design services on a contract basis for every project. All design assets, deliverables, products, and services will be outlined and approved by all involved parties with a signed contract before any services are provided. The owner of K. Nalah Designs reserves ownership and copyright of all intellectual property claimed by this business.

K. Nalah Designs welcomes all visitors. Visitors of K. Nalah Designs are permitted to view and engage with the content available on this website. Redistributing any works from K. Nalah Designs and affiliated art and design work without permission will result in legal action. K. Nalah Designs reserves the right to refuse the pursuit of a creative partnership at any time.
Terms of service
Contract initiation requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total costs of contracted design work before services can be provided. The initial deposit will be deducted from the overall design package balance once services have been rendered, and the remaining balance for services provided within the signed contract will be charged before the delivery of approved final assets, deliverables, products, and services. Payment plans for recurring payment installments for contracted design work must be agreed upon and finalized before contract signing, and are available at the discretion of K. Nalah Designs. Projects with an approved payment plan must provide a 30% deposit at contract initiation before services may begin.
The scope of contracted design work and the contract period may vary, based on the mutually agreed-upon requirements of each project by all involved parties. Service availability, offerings, and pricing are subject to change in the future at the discretion of the ownership of K. Nalah Designs.
